While treating and observing thousands of patients, our founder, Ninad Saraf, saw firsthand how the current system of care was designed to manage disability, not to reverse it. Pain and immobility were being addressed with temporary comfort and limited progress, rather than real restoration.
He chose not to accept this. Instead, he built Ultramotiv: a mission-driven company where value creation comes before profit, where innovation is measured by the independence it restores, and where technology is used to rewrite what recovery means.
